Swiftreach allows the Borough, the Harrington Park School or the Harrington Park Police Department to contact residents via the telephone in quick and efficent manner. Messages can be sent to particular groups or residents of a certain area of town as well as the entire Borough in a manner of a few minutes. If you are using a phone number that is issued by your Cable TV provider, that number is most likely not in our database.
